The unit has been up and running around 4 weeks now and I have not yet opened my second 25kg bag of salt tablets. Furthermore, the price is approx 3 times cheaper than from other sellers for the same quality. For the price it's really good value and easy to fit although the instructions which come with it are a little vague I really love the taste of my tea and my coffee, it doesn't daay.bsp the taste of the drink but bring out even better taste.

I bought this softener to replace an existing one inherited when buying a house. The call was unsolicited, and having just had a new kitchen fitted where customer service was completely lacking it was refreshing to have such a call.

These hoses are made to a high standard and will last and function well for many trouble free years and that is what counts the most at the end of the day. Buy the pumped version as this fills your reservoir in just under an hour as opposed to 3 hours unpumped.

I was looking for a water softener, and like most people searched the internet for my purchase,I came across this company on EBay, and it was the start of a great purchase. Luckily, having a largest kitchen, I was able to sacrifice the area under the sink, where the mains enters the house, for just the plumbing work see image 1and to put the softener in the cupboard to the right see image pkol.

I use the purified water for cooking and for drinking and I am happy with the water quality. The only problem was that the instructions stress to make sure the filter is installed the correct way round with the flow direction arrow.

Unfortunately at the time of writing my original review I was changing 2 radiators unfortunately one kept on leaking! Very pleased with this purchase. I am very happy how fast I received the product.

Excellent product,delivery and customer service. However an email to Water2Buy was met with a rapid response and cleared the confusion. I bought this a year ago, it has worked perfectly and uses very little salt. Installation The water softener was very easy to install and setup. All my components are at the back of a corner kitchen cupboard with room to spare. Can not fault it.

No clues as to which way round the filter should have gone so I just gambled. So after a lot of research I opted for the W2B I dy love the taste of my tea and my oool, it doesn't change the taste of the drink but bring out even better taste. Great product and amazing price! I rate the softener 5 out of 5 and would recommend it to anybody. For the price it's really good value and easy to fit although the instructions which come with it are a little opol I calculated that it would regenerate more than once per day with our current usage; letting through hard water at random times of each day and needing a salt refill every week.

So far all works well. Also do not turn on the water supply fully on, as the system processes water much slower than incoming water. This thing is a beast!

What can you say about these units. We no longer have to buy bottled water - saving us loads!
